Affordable Homeownership Opportunities In Dorchester: Norfolk Phase I

Eight (8) brand new, income-restricted homes are being offered to qualified first-time homebuyers in the Mount Bowdoin neighborhood of Dorchester.

Five (5) homes are being offered to households earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income, with prices ranging from $290,000 to $400,000 per home.

Three (3) homes are being offered to households earning at or below 100% of Area Median Income, with prices ranging from $375,000 to $385,000 per home.
