Parks Fitness: Yoga with Christine
Participate in FREE fitness classes offered by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission. The series is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Come share an experience on the mat that will cultivate your physical, mental and spiritual well being. This class is excellent for beginners and students who enjoy gentle exercise. Stretch and strengthen the body as we progress together through various postures. You will learn functional alignment. If you like to move at a slower pace and want to clear your mind, this class is a great fit for you. Mostly, I will make the class fun and joyful as we wind down the day together on the mat!

Rise Up for Youth Mental Health: Bridging Gaps and Sparking Change Provider Summit!
Come join us on Monday, June 3, as we tackle the issues surrounding youth mental health, bridging gaps in services and sparking change for a brighter future!
If you are a school mental health or afterschool provider we want your expertise! Come join us at Artists For Humanity as we focus on supporting youth (ages 14-18) mental health.
You will hear summaries from the Youth and Parent/Caregivers Summits answering the question: "How do we bridge gaps and spark needed change for youth mental health, with a focus on the path from school, to afterschool to home?"
Then its your turn to answer the same question through interactive stations that invite you to roll up your sleeves!
There will be food and a live youth performance!
This event is wheelchair accessible and inclusive of all people including by race, ethnicity, religion, age, color, national origin, ancestry, housing status or homelessness, disability, immigration status, veteran status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.

Come join us on Tuesday, May 28, as we tackle the issues surrounding youth mental health, bridging gaps in services and sparking change for a brighter future!
This event is for - YOU - the parents and caregivers of Boston's youth. Join us at Artists For Humanity to provide your expertise and experience focusing on supporting youth (ages 14-18) mental health.
You will hear summaries from the Youth Summit answering the question: "How do we bridge gaps and spark needed change for youth mental health, with a focus on the path from school, to afterschool to home?"
Then its your turn to answer the same questions through interactive stations that invite you to roll up your sleeves!
There will be a live youth performance, food, and a DJ! Up to 200 people will get a a $25 gift card at check out when you register through Eventbrite as a thank you for joining us!
