The purpose of Memory Sunday is to highlight the impact of memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease in the African American community. At these events, faith-based organizations incorporate education about the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease and other dementia into religious services and related programs. This includes discussion about ways to reduce the risk of developing dementia, raising awareness about the importance of research and sharing the support available for care partners.

A new business D/B/A Chubbs in an existing restaurant space will increase seats from 151 to 180 with operating hours of Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 1 a.m., and Saturday through Sunday, 10 a.m. - 1 a.m. Applicant plans to also have live entertainment at the establishment seven days a week between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. with no plans for a DJ.
