The City of Boston invites you to a virtual community meeting on May 20, 2025 at 6 p.m. to discuss urban design guidelines for Welcome Home, Boston Phase 3 (“WHB3”) parcels in the Dorchester neighborhood. Led by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and the Planning Department, the Welcome Home, Boston initiative seeks to create new homes for first-time homebuyers on city-owned land. The meeting is open to all community members including current renters and prospective homebuyers, developers, and builders.
