Connecting Boston's youth to resources, services, programs, and opportunities throughout the City of Boston!

YouthLine is an initiative that helps youth and their families navigate and connect to over 400+ programs and resources in a variety of service areas. YouthLine is made up of three main components:

An interactive online resource directory
Physical service desk for walk-in support
Online intake form, phone line, and email address

Please note the YouthLine walk-in hours are Monday - Thursday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Tips for navigating resources:

Use the resource categories at the top to filter your search for the most accurate result.

Be mindful of spelling errors in the search bar.

Use the filters on the left-side bar to narrow down search results after selecting a resource category or typing in the search bar.
