Swim Safe Boston
Get ready to make a splash with Swim Safe Boston!
Swim Safe builds off the Mayor’s commitment to ensure all Boston kids learn to swim and can safely enjoy our City’s coastline and pools.
Through Swim Safe Boston, we are committed to:
- Increasing the availability of free swim lessons for Boston youth
- Ensuring that youth and families have the skills and information they need to stay safe around water
- Providing incentives and free training for lifeguards to keep our city pools and beaches safe throughout the year
- Opening more of our city pools so residents can have year-round access to aquatics programming
Water Safety for Children with Autism
The Office of Human Services is pleased to offer Boston families an opportunity to participate in a water safety class for caregivers of children with autism! This free event is designed to help children with autism build comfort and learn essential water safety skills while also empowering parents to foster independence and aquatic joy in their children.
Join us in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive in the water with confidence! If you are interested, please click the button below to sign up.
