Anthony Crosson received his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Boston College. He received his Masters of Science in Management Degree from Emmanuel College. He managed and supervised youth programs for nearly fifteen years. He helped lower recidivism rates in Boston by supporting reentry efforts with Straight Ahead Ministries and the Department of Youth Services. Anthony joined BAHEC in 2008 as a Program Coordinator. He was then promoted to Senior Program Coordinator a few years later. Anthony managed the College Readiness efforts for Massachusetts General Hospital's Youth Scholars Program. He served an integral role in securing the prestigious 2015 Foster G. McGaw Prize for Excellence in Community Service. In the role of Director of BAHEC, he oversaw the development and implementation of programs designed to increase youth interest and preparation for careers in health and public health. He also leverages key partnerships with neighboring hospitals, community health centers, colleges/universities, and other community based organizations to better support the mission of BAHEC.
