Lucas Manley, MPH
Lucas Manley, MPH, is the Senior Program Manager for the Education and Community Engagement Division within the Infectious Disease Bureau. Mr. Manley received his MPH from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Global Health Leadership and Health Communications. He has been with the Commission for five years, working for both the Infectious Disease Bureau and the Office of Public Health Preparedness. Prior to joining BPHC, he worked for a variety of nonprofits and universities in the field of human rights and international development, spending much of his time living and working in the Middle East and North Africa. He brings over 12 years of experience providing research, training, and health education to support behavior change and building partnerships that promote the safety and health of all people.
