Front Door Triage
Our Front Door Triage team works with new guests at our shelters to identify alternative housing opportunities or divert from entering shelter entirely. This includes services such as Barrier-buster funding to help connect individuals with other options that they cannot afford on their own.
The Front Door Triage team works with guests who have arrived within the past 30 days. The team works at both Homeless Services Bureau shelters, and includes a special Young Adult Liaison. Our Triage coordinators provide direct services, as well as referring guests to our Behavioral Health, Housing, and Workforce Development departments.
