Mattahunt Woods Urban Wild Ecological Restoration Project

The City of Boston, acting through the Environment Department, at City Hall Room 709, and in collaboration with the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking design services, including site analysis, design, and restoration development plans, construction documents, cost estimates, and construction observation for improvements to the Mattahunt Woods in Mattapan.

Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) containing requirements, selection criteria, and other relevant information will be available from the City’s purchasing website and Supplier Portal (boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00010038 from December 13, 2021, until the proposed deadline. 

In coordination with the Parks and Recreation Department, the Environment Department will coordinate the review of all proposals, selection of recipients, all scope of work activities, and processing payments to grantees. To apply, project proposal submissions must include a technical proposal.

The City of Boston Environment Department must receive all proposals on or before 4:00 PM on January 28, 2022.
