Alternative Space Pilot Project for artists

This was a pilot project through which artists could apply for non-traditional space to create and rehearse.

What is the Alternative Space pilot project? 

This project was a partnership between the City of Boston and local businesses and institutions. The goal was to help make underused private spaces available to artists. Commitments to a space were for at least one year. 

This program is no longer running.

Winners announced

Both the Equilibrium Ensemble and Castle of our Skins were selected to use the AT&T flagship store on Boylston Street as free rehearsal space for one year.
