Residential Eviction Prevention Action Plan

Eviction affects whole households and whole neighborhoods. Boston’s Residential Eviction Prevention Action Plan is a citywide effort to reach people earlier — before a court case — and to work with tenants, landlords, and community partners to keep people housed.

The public comment period is now closed. Thank you for your thoughtful comments and ideas.

You are welcome to read the draft of the plan below. The final Eviction Prevention Action Plan will be released in the coming weeks.
