Scope of work includes the demolition of two existing portions of the building (front and middle) and the erection of a two-story addition (middle) to remain an office use, new food pantry to be located in basement. The new complex, in the Moreland Street historic district, to have a complete remodel and build a new roof deck with roof pergola. Site work will include new grading and retaining walls.
