- Jan 3 - Session 1: Introduction to Mindfulness and Relaxation
- Jan 17 - Session 2: Stopping, Calming and Resting
- Feb 7 - Session 3: Mindfulness and Stress Reduction
- Feb 21 - Session 4: Creating Healthy Sleep Habits
- Mar 6 - Session 5: Loving Kindness, Gratitude, and Centering
- Mar 20 - Session 6: Yoga Breathing for Relaxation
- Apr 3 - Session 7: Resources and Supports to Practice at Home

Sessions are 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
