Change the occupancy from a three-family dwelling to a four-family dwelling by converting the existing basement into an apartment. The new apartment will be 3-beds/2-baths and approximately 1,342 GSF. The project is located within a three-family zoning subdistrict (3F-4000) of Roxbury.
