We're advancing racial justice and social, economic, and health equity in the City of Boston.

Mission

Improve social determinants of health for Bostonians. We center racial justice and the historically excluded constituencies we represent.

Theory of Change
  1. Provide Equity and Inclusion services to other City agencies. The goal is to impact systemic change in policy, programs, and services.
  2. Execute targeted and intentional programming that improves quality of life for residents.
  3. Convene day-to-day residents and stakeholders. We want to build coalitions and trust between community and the City, and among lines of difference within community.
