SuccessLink Young Adult Jobs, Ages 19 - 24

The SuccessLink Youth Jobs program hires nearly 200 young adults, ages 19 - 24, every year!

Hiring process

To work through SuccessLink, you must:

  • be between the ages of 19 - 24 years old
  • be legally permitted to work in the United States, and
  • and be a full-time resident of the City of Boston.

Are you within the valid age range, permitted to work in the U.S., and live in Boston? Fill out our online application!

Once you have applied to jobs, reach out to the organizations to which you have applied. By contacting organizations that you have applied to, they may invite you in for an interview.

Onboarding is the process of filling out important hiring information online. If you are hired, you will receive an email with instructions about how to onboard online. To complete onboarding, you will need all of the required hiring documents.

You must come into our office with the original documents outlined in the document checklist. Our office is located at:

Roxbury, MA 02120

Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

WE NEED ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

You must bring in originals of all hiring documents, including your employee contract.

Work permits can be issued at our office. Youth employees will receive a photo ID.

Your employer will contact you by email or phone when you are cleared to work. You must wait until you hear from your employer before you start working.
