YouthLine

Connecting Boston's youth to resources, services, programs, and opportunities throughout the City of Boston!

YouthLine is an initiative that helps youth and their families navigate and connect to over 500 programs and resources in a variety of service areas. YouthLine is made up of three main components:

  • An interactive online resource directory
  • In-person support available by appointment
  • Online intake form, phone line, and email address

Please note: In-person support is available at the Tobin Community Center. Please call or email in advance to schedule an appointment.

Tips for navigating resources:

  1. Use the “AI Search” feature for an instant list of tailored results.
  2. Sort available resources using the “Resource Category” filter.
  3. Be mindful of spelling errors when using the search bar. Use the filters to narrow down search results by age range and neighborhood(s) served.
  4. Visit the organization's website or contact them directly for the most up-to-date information and next steps to get connected!

Keep in mind: This directory serves as a tool to help find and navigate youth resources available in Boston, and is not a substitute for direct referrals or emergency services.
