Welcome to the City of Boston's Worker Empowerment Learning Lab.
Our mission is to generate, manage, and disseminate reliable information and knowledge to support evidence-based workforce policy development and service delivery, while also capturing and sharing insights to enhance field-learning and field-building. The Learning Lab serves as a central location for labor market data products, reports, and external resources we have developed or identified for workforce development and ABE professionals.
