About
We are working with residents and schools in the Garrison Trotter neighborhood to make it safer and more comfortable for students to walk to school. In 2022 we added 93 speed humps throughout the neighborhood. In June 2026, MassDOT will start construction on a project to improve six intersections with raised crosswalks, curb extensions, and pedestrian islands to create safer streets and crossings.
