White Stadium Community Engagement Process
On this page you will find a summary of our engagement process, a list of past meetings and their accompanying presentations and recordings.
Since July 2023, the project team, including city leaders and Boston Unity Soccer Partners, has been actively engaged in a series of public and small group community meetings. These sessions have been essential for sharing updates on planning proposals and gathering valuable feedback on various topics like design, transportation, supplier diversity, community benefits, etc. This iterative process has significantly strengthened the proposal by incorporating community insights into each subsequent meeting. These discussions have shaped the Stadium’s conceptual design, its integration within Franklin Park, and an expanded public access plan.
If your community group hasn't yet been involved, we'd love to connect with you. Please reach out to us at whitestadium@boston.gov to get involved and learn more about the project! There are many more opportunities to get involved as we continue organizing on topics raised by community members. Public meetings will be announced on this site and via email.
Some discussions have intersected with the Article 80 permitting process, which reviews large projects and provides opportunities for public feedback and formal comments. Learn more about the review process here.
