White Stadium Community Engagement Process

Since July 2023, the City has worked alongside Boston Unity Soccer Partners (BUSP) to undergo a robust community engagement process and seek stakeholder input.

We are continuing to organize community meetings by topics raised from community members. Public community meetings are announced on this site and through email.

We are also hosting smaller meetings with BPS community members and Franklin Park community advocates from all surrounding neighborhoods. We have received invaluable feedback on design, the impact on Franklin Park, community benefits, supplier diversity, and transportation planning.

These meetings overlap with the Article 80 permitting process the project must undergo. Article 80 is a zoning code process to review and approve large projects. Learn more here about the review process and the opportunities it offers for community feedback, including a public meeting and formal comment period.
