In her current role as a Reentry Case Manager for the Office of Returning Citizens, Ivone provides case management for individuals transitioning from incarceration, overseeing their reintegration into society by coordinating services, advocating for their needs, and ensuring access to essential resources.
Outside of her professional life, Ivone enjoys reading and cherishing time spent with her children.
