Cheyenne Isaac-Dorsainvil

Executive Assistant

Cheyenne Isaac-Dorsainvil grew up in Dorchester, Massachusetts. From an early age, she has been deeply committed to amplifying the voices of Boston’s communities. Her journey started with door-knocking for the NAACP’s Pipeline to Leadership program—and it sparked a lifelong passion for advocating for people and making sure their voices are heard.

Cheyenne went on to study Psychology at UMass Boston, a path that deepened her understanding of human behavior and the importance of community-driven change. Her professional experience includes directing a Native American program for the Phillips Brook House Association at Harvard, where she had the privilege of working with a diverse group of 60 individuals. This role solidified her dedication to social justice and supporting underrepresented communities. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on empowering people, whether through education, leadership, or advocacy, and continues to carry that passion forward in everything she does.
