The LCA Office provides information to the public in the most commonly used languages. We advise them of the right to file a complaint if they feel that they have been the subject of discrimination. The information we provide describes how and where to file a complaint.

Department Language and Communications Access (LCA) liaisons work in tandem with our office to address complaints. We do not retaliate or take other adverse action because an individual has filed a complaint alleging discrimination based on Languages Other Than English (LOTE) status or needs.
