David Aiken resides in the Jeffries Point neighborhood of East Boston with his wife and two children who attend BPS schools.  Originally from the Philadelphia area, David relocated to Boston in 2011 and to East Boston in 2013. David is a city planner by training and has spent a majority of his career focused on the creation of affordable and mixed-income housing serving as a project manager overseeing the whole development lifecycle. His focus areas are new construction, adaptive reuse, family housing and supportive housing and David currently is a sole proprietor real estate development consultant. He is a former board member of the Jeffries Point Neighborhood Association.
