Chosen Name Updates - Where and When
If you use the Update Chosen Name link on the Access Boston Portal your name (and email if you chose to update it) will be sent across to City of Boston systems.
Please note: the timing of updates depends on the system and where you work. Please choose your location below for the update schedule.
