Paola Pelletier-Ozuna

Director of Operations

Paola Pelletier-Ozuna is the Director of Operations for the Mayor's Office of Housing, where she champions efficiency and operational excellence across all departmental divisions to meet Boston's housing needs. She oversees key operational areas, including Human Resources, Innovation and Technology, Strategic Engagement and Marketing, and Real Estate Management and Sales. Paola is committed to advancing projects that align with Boston's goals and enhance community well-being.

Before joining the Mayor's Office of Housing, Paola served as the Director of Operations at Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation. In that role, she was a thought partner to executive leadership, spearheading the organization’s internal operations, communications strategy, and systems development to maximize organizational impact.

Paola has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master of Public Policy from Tufts University. She rejoins the Mayor's Office of Housing after being selected as a City of Boston New Urban Mechanics Summer Fellow during her Master's program, where she worked in the Housing Innovation Lab. Paola's career has been defined by a steadfast commitment to social justice, beginning with her work as a labor union organizer with UNITE HERE and working in the Civil Rights Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Paola’s expertise extends to operational and program strategy roles in nonprofits like Artists For Humanity and Enroot. Paola is a proud resident of Jamaica Plain.
