Carol Owens
Carol Owens is Director of Strategic Engagement and Marketing at the Mayor's Office of Housing. Carol has created and executed multiple brands and strategies at MOH, and is responsible for a range of services from design (logos, posters, brochures, reports, and digital media) to technical writing (ads, reports, flyers, billboards, brochures, PSA scriptwriting) and TV and radio production (public service announcements and promotional pieces).
Carol is the creator of the 2010 NE Emmy Award Winning Public Service Campaign highlighting Boston’s efforts on homelessness prevention; two of her previous PSA campaigns on foreclosure prevention were NE Emmy finalists in 2002 and 2006.
Carol is a Dorchester native and resident, past President of the Boston Community Access and Programming Foundation, The Girls’ Latin School/Boston Latin Academy Foundation, and a graduate of Harvard College.
