The Parent and Caregiver Network strives to create an inclusive and supportive community for parents and caregivers at work. We aim to provide resources, advocacy, and connection to help employees balance their professional responsibilities with their family lives. Through support, education, and mutual empowerment, we seek to create an environment where parents feel valued and equipped to succeed both personally and professionally.
Purpose/Goals:
The purpose of the Parent and Caregiver Network is to empower and support employees who are parents or caregivers by providing a space for open conversation, sharing resources, and fostering a strong sense of community. We aim to bridge the gap between professional and personal responsibilities by offering networking opportunities, work-life balance strategies, and guidance on navigating the challenges of parenting while working. Our mission also involves advocating for policies that better accommodate the needs of working parents, such as flexible work schedules, parental leave, and childcare resources. By fostering an inclusive environment, the ERG helps employees thrive both in their professional roles and as caregivers at home, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and equipped to succeed in both domains.
