Lovette Jacobs
Lovette Jacobs is an Electrical Worker in the Boston area, and active member of IBEW Local 103. Lovette has taken the union electrical construction industry by storm since she began her career and training at the Boston JATC in 2017.
Lovette is a strong advocate for women’s advancement in construction, equitable treatment for minorities, and representation of inner city employees for jobs within the city of Boston. She is a member of her local union’s Women’s Committee, RENEW (Reach out & Engage New Electrical Workers) and EWMC ( Electrical Workers Minority Caucus). Because of her diligent work, most recently Lovette had the honor to introduce President Joe Biden at a White House event.
