Jessica Boatright

BERDO Review Board Member

Jessica Boatright is a proven leader in Boston’s community development field and a dedicated supporter of a better Boston. Throughout her 20 years in Boston’s affordable housing sector, Jessica has repeatedly approached real estate projects as holistic opportunities to improve communities. She brings a unique breadth of experience in real estate, public administration, climate technology, affordable housing, and workforce development, all fueled by a passion for equity and justice.

Jessica is the Head of Business Development & Strategy at Reframe Systems, a Massachusetts-based design-build offsite construction company dedicated to creating attainable, resilient, and high-performance housing solutions. Her work prior to Reframe as a housing developer for Boston nonprofits was complemented by her public service roles—first in the Division of Public Housing & Rental Assistance at the state level, and most recently as the Director of Neighborhood Housing Development (NHD) within the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH).

Jessica lives in Roslindale with her family. They recently converted their 1950's Cape into a climate-friendly, all-electric home. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Analysis and Anthropology from Pomona College, a Master in City Planning and a Certificate in Urban Design from MIT, and completed the Coro Public Affairs Fellowship in Los Angeles.
