Joe serves as a Senior Manager in Wolf’s Tax Department where he provides personalized tax planning and compliance services to family-owned, private equity and venture backed businesses, their owners and their executives, and publicly traded enterprises.  He is also responsible for managing a team of professionals to ensure that all tax services are tailored to the individual needs of his clients.

Joe is a certified public accountant and has over 15 years of experience delivering a unique combination of expertise in the areas of individual and business tax planning and compliance.  His background is comprised of tax, auditing and business consulting for individual and business clients in the manufacturing, technology, professional service, hospitality and real estate industries.

In addition to providing personalized tax planning and compliance services, Joe provides services in specialty areas such as mergers and acquisitions, multi-state taxation, corporate income and individual tax planning.  He also has expertise in IRS and state authority representations, business structuring, financial reporting and budgeting and projections.
