Amoli Pandya
Amoli Pandya is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology Companies & Life Sciences Group. She joined Goodwin in 2015.
Ms. Pandya counsels clients on start-up and formation matters, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other general corporate matters in a range of industries including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare information technology and software.
Ms. Pandya is a Board Member of the South Asian Bar Association and a member of the Boston Bar Association.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Pandya was an associate in the Boston office of Holland & Knight LLP.
Prior to law school, Ms. Pandya was a life sciences consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
