Peninna Delinois-Zephir
Peninna Delinois-Zephir is the Housing and Community Engagement Manager with the Office of Early Childhood. Peninna brings over twenty years of social service experience from the private and nonprofit sectors. Peninna's solid background in social services, especially her work in housing, has exposed her to many environments and experiences working with Boston residents of all housing situations and housing needs.
Previously, Peninna spent the last nine years serving older adults in Boston, working at the Age Strong Commission. Peninna helped Boston, older adults with housing, food, insurance, and behavioral health resources. While working at Age Strong, Peninna's focus and passions have always been housing and behavioral health.
Peninna has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and is in school working toward her Master of Social Work. Peninna speaks Haitian Creole and lives with her two children.
