We evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of City operations and programs. We also review how departments, agencies, and programs are complying with regulations.
As part of our work, our committee:
- selects areas for review
- establishes goals and objectives
- collects and analyzes data, and
- reports to the council with recommendations.
