City Services and Innovation Technology

We help make sure all residents and neighborhoods in Boston have access to the City’s services.

We work with departments to improve delivery of services and keep costs down. Among the responsibilities of the committee, we work on:

  • contracts and collective bargaining for city services
  • broadband, wireless voice and data communications
  • utility facilities and operations, and
  • parking in the City.
