William Epperson
William is proud to continue his service as an inaugural member of the Community Preservation Committee, serving as Vice Chair, and representing the Boston Parks and Recreation Commission, where he serves as Associate Commissioner. With a dedication to public service, and a passion for improving public property for public use and enjoyment, William is excited to continue to support the work of the Community Preservation Office that has strengthened Boston’s neighborhoods through the inclusive public investment of CPA funds in historic preservation, affordable housing, and parks and open space improvements.
In addition to his appointments, William serves the City of Boston as Deputy Director for Capital Construction at the Boston Planning & Development Agency, where chief among his priorities is Coastal Resiliency through the repair and improvement of the City’s waterfront infrastructure.
William lives in the Forest Hills neighborhood of Jamaica Plain with his husband and two young children.
