Felicia Jacques
Felicia Jacques leads real estate development for Maloney Properties, Inc., where she oversees development staff, identifies opportunities and project resources, and establishes strategic direction and key initiatives to ensure corporate success.
Ms. Jacques has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and project leadership. Prior to joining Maloney in 2011, Ms. Jacques was the director of real estate development for the Northeast Region for the Community Builders, Inc., where she implemented and executed the full range of development activities for this national nonprofit developer in the acquisition, preservation, and new construction of award-winning projects. Other public and private partnership roles were held with Tishman Urban Development Corporation in New York City and the San Antonio Housing Authority.
Ms. Jacques holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Columbia University. Ms. Jacques serves on the Boston Landmarks Commission, as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Historic Boston, Inc., and Haley House, Inc., and as a Director of Citizens Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA). She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Boston Chamber of Commerce and resides in Boston with her family.
