Parks Summer Fitness: Virtual Chair Yoga
Participate in FREE fitness classes offered virtually by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission. The series is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Chair yoga is great for everyone but particularly for those who prefer to move with the support of a chair. In this class we will energize our bodies, cultivate resilience, explore spinal movements and build core strength and flexibility through accessible seated postures. First thing in the morning -- it's better than a cup of coffee!
