The Comment Period will be open for 14 Days following the Community Meeting on February 15, 2024. There are two ways in which you can provide feedback and comments: 1) Click the email address in the right-hand column and submit comments via email or 2) Fill out the survey at this link: https://bit.ly/WelcomeHomeBoston2Survey. If you attended the Applicant Presentations on February 13 and/or 15, 2024, notes were taken at the meeting but feel free to provide additional comments.

The comment period following the Developer Presentations held on February 13 and 15, 2024 has ended as of February 29, 2024. Thanks to all who provided comments.

The six teams selected to develop the second set of parcels are Ambry Development, Boston Neighborhood Community Land Trust (BNCLT)/Co-Everything, Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC), KNG Realty Corporation, KZ Builders LLC, and Visionary Investors Building Equity (VIBE)/Mass Construction and Management Inc. (MCMI). These development teams are state-certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE), or represent Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). They have demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion within their leadership teams. The teams will develop vacant parcels in Dorchester and Mattapan under the guidance of the Mayor's Office of Housing. Each proposal includes a detailed plan to hire local and minority contractors and subcontractors, promoting diversity through the hiring and bidding processes.
