Project Goals
The Welcome Home, Boston – Harvard Street project is associated with Phase I of the Welcome Home, Boston program which is an initiative to help low to moderate income Bostonians become homeowners. The City of Boston Mayor Michelle Wu has allocated $58 Million in time limited Federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to support the initiative. The Welcome Home, Boston – Harvard Street is one of four projects in Phase I of the project.

At 77-81 Harvard Street, it is proposed to have a four-storey, thirteen (13) unit building, at 84 Harvard Street, a four storey eight (8) unit building, and at 94 Harvard Street a three storey four (4) unit building.
They are proposing to have thirteen (13) units at eighty percent (80%) AMI and twelve (12) units at one hundred percent (100%) Area Median Income. The unit mix is as follows: three (3) studio units, three (3) one-bedroom units, eight (8) two-bedroom units, and eleven (11) three-bedroom units.
