The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) invites you to a virtual community meeting to introduce the preferred developer for the new homeownership housing development Request for Proposals (RFP) regarding 35, 50-52 and 64 Waverly street and 58 Clifford street, Roxbury. At the meeting, the Preferred developer will review the sites and discuss development plans. The virtual community meeting will be hosted by the Roxbury Path Forward Neighborhood Association via Zoom. We encourage you to attend this meeting and provide feedback.

The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) hosted a community meeting to discuss developing homeownership housing on city-owned land sites located at 35,50-52 & 64 Waverly Street, 29 Alaska Street, 58 Clifford Street and 63 & 65 Blue Hill Avenue in Roxbury. At the meeting, DND reviewed the selected sites and the potential for their inclusion in a City of Boston housing program.
