Project Goals

One parcel totaling 2999 sq ft and zoned for CPS. The parcel abuts to the South a vacant parcel owned by the abutter. To the North there is a vacant lot, equally rocky as this parcel, with a tax taking from 1919. Both parcels are unbuildable.

This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.

The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
