Project Goals
One parcel totaling 4677 sq ft and zoned for 1F-6000. The lot is currently inaccessible as the paper route that would provide access is non-existent and completely overgrown. Best to pursue sale to abutter.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
