Boston Housing Authority ("BHA") designated 2Life Communities as partner to redevelop and expand JJ Carroll, which was a 64-unit elderly property. The resulting development will comprises 142 affordable apartments, an 11,000 square foot health center, 1,000 square feet of retail space, and 10,000 square feet of common space.
