One parcel totaling 1035 sq ft in the back of a residential area zoned for 3F-6000. The lot has a shed/small structure on it that is most likely used by the abutter. The parcel has no development potential because it is landlocked and small. Prime for a revenue RFP.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
