DND held a community in partnership with the Highland Park Project Review Committee. MOH selected the Edward L. Cooper Community Gardening & Education Center as developer of this site in spring 2022. The Cooper Center has finalized their design and secured a permit for the installation of a water connection at the community garden on Centre Street. MOH intends to request that the Public Facilities Commission approve the conveyance of these parcels to the Cooper Center during their meeting on September 13, 2023.
