Project Goals

Bartlett A is the third stage of the redevelopment of Bartlett Station, which is being overseen by a joint development partnership between Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation and Windale Developers. Bartlett A will provide 60 units of new-construction, rental housing, all of which will be affordable and restricted to households with incomes at or below 30% of AMI (16 units), 50% of AMI (12 units), 60% of AMI (23 units), or 80% of AMI (9 units). In addition to the 60 residential rental units, Bartlett A will create over 8,000 sf of ground-floor commercial space, 3,300 sf for a Community Service Facility, and dedicated space for the Residential Services Provider and Boston Medical Center to meet with residents and provide services.
