One parcel totaling 20,968 sq ft and functioning as a dead end road currently. 474 Dorchester ave own a parking lot in the rear of the road that can only be accessed via this parcel (also named Alger St). The parcel has no development potential due to the dimensions of the street and provides primary access to 474 Dorchester. All other abutters have other access points.
