Project Goals

775 Huntington is an affordable housing real estate development project located at 761-775 Huntington Ave, Mission Hill, Boston. The applicant and developer is Roxbury Tenants of Harvard ("RTH"), with Traggorth Companies and Peter Munkenbeck providing consulting services to RTH. This development team has done a similar, award winning, project recently ("the Mosaic") in the neighborhood.

The development will be a new 12 story, mixed use, mixed income, primarily residential development of approximately 146,000 GSF residential, commercial spaces, and 13,500 GSF of below-grade parking. The project totals 112 units- 57 rental units and 55 condominiums. The 112 residential units are currently planned on floors 2 through 12, with affordable (all restricted to 80% AMI) rental units on floors 2-7 and mixed income condos on floors 8-12.

In February 2023 MOH issued a funding award letter to the development. RTH is currently pursuing matching funding from the state Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and looks to hear in winter 2024.
